Returns and complaints

At geticone.com, we make effort to ensure that all our products meet your expectations - they are highest quality. 

Nevertheless, each customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Art. 22 [1] of the Polish Civil Code and the user of the online store geticone.com is entitled - under the law - to withdraw from the concluded contract for the purchase of products (services), without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date of delivery. The geticone.com store is also responsible, under the warranty, in the event of delivery of the products with physical or legal defects pursuant to art. 556 and following of the Civil Code.


RETURNS:

The declaration of withdrawal from the contract should be sent to the correspondence address: ul. Batalionu Oaza 7, 02-903 Warsaw or by e-mail: contact@geticone.com
Each product can be returned within 14 days from the date of receiving the parcel
A written declaration of withdrawal from the contract should be sent along with the purchased products to the following address: ul. Batalionu Oaza 7, 02-903 Warsaw, with a note: returning the order online.
The returned products should be unchanged, unless the change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management

COMPLAINTS:


In order to submit a complaint, you must complete the complaint form attached as Annex 2 to the regulations of the kaalobjects.com online store.

A complaint may be submitted by filling in the complaint form and delivering it along with product and the note "Order Complaint" to the following address: ul. Batalionu Oaza 7, 02-903 Warsaw, Poland. 


The returned products should be properly secured for the duration of transport and should be accompanied by a proof of purchase (e.g. receipt, VAT invoice, bank account statement of the Customer's account confirming the purchase of the claimed products).

Kaal Objects considers complaints within 14 (fourteen) days of their receipt. Failure by Kaal Objects to respond to the complaint submitted in the above-mentioned period is tantamount to its consideration.

If the complaint is rejected, Kaal Objects will inform you about this fact and send the products back to the Customer together with a written justification for the negative decision regarding the complaint.


If the product has defects, you have the following rights pursuant to art. 556 and art. 561 of the Polish Civil Code: a) submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement or reduction of the price of the products, unless the Seller immediately and without undue inconvenience to the Buyer replaces the products with a non-defective one or removes the defect, or b) a request to replace the products with a non-defective one or remove the defect
The Buyer who exercises the rights under the warranty to withdraw from the Agreement or request the replacement of the Product with a non-defective one, is obliged to deliver the Product at the Seller's expense to the following address: ul. Batalionu Oaza 7, 02-903 Warsaw, Poland

IMPORTANT! When collecting the parcel, after signing the bill of lading, please open the package and then check very carefully whether the ordered products have no mechanical damage. In the event of any mechanical damage resulting from transport, refuse to accept the parcel and write a damage report with the courier. Please inform the shop staff about the problem by e-mail contact@geticone.com.
